During Heian period, there's a very large shrine that also train lots of Miko and Kannushi before most of them take their own journey around the world, and some stay in that shrine to continue the duty of training the next generation. They are also aware of the cursed spirits existence, and take exterminating them as a part of their so called 𝘋𝘶𝘵𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘥𝘴.

Y/N L/N was one of the Miko in training. Her facial is average, wasnt so talented in Sorcery, and average in the martial arts that is teached. She doesnt really stand out. Not that she doesnt want to be better, its just that somehow, she will lose motivation sometimes, especially because the reason Y/N became a Miko was because she's an orphan baby the Head Kannushi picked in front of the Torii Gate in the middle of winter.
