The Doctor and her companions detect something wrong in Florida, USA. Specifically, an opening from some sort of alternate universe. Naturally, she takes on the challenge of trying to sort things out and figure out who caused this disturbance. What she wasn't expecting was a fellow time traveller with memory loss who might have accidentally pushed himself too hard.
