"Why does it seem like you hate me so much?" Noah asked, still focused on the popcorn machine.

I gave him a skeptical look. "Maybe," I started. "it's because I do."

He kept his gaze on the popcorn machine and chuckled. "I think we both know that's full of shit."

Working at the Cambridge Theater was a hard job. Not only do I have to serve so many customers, or watch all the couples make out in the movie theater, or try to fix the popcorn machine.

But I have to work with Noah Carson.

I hated him. He was an arrogant bastard. He always found a way to annoy the crap out of me.
