"You know what I couldn't stop thinking about last week?" he smiled shyly while twirling my hair in his finger.

"What?" I looked up at him, lifting my head slightly off his chest.

"Things weren't supposed to work out between us- you pushed me away when we first met and I thought I'd never see you again," he sighs out with a smile. "But one day you show up in Seoul- and you text me and we reconnect- I mean that's got to mean something, right?"

I prop myself up on my elbow so I can see his face.
