Anne is known for being that dumb and useless student the whole time she attended school. Her classmates even wondered how was she able to move up on another year level knowing how dumb she is or is it because of his powerful dad who had so many connections.

Despite her being dense, that didn't stop Levin, an engineering student, to approach her. Her ignorance is like his daily dose of enjoyment. And she despises him for that.
