Chapter 1 - Allison

Allison Parker is living her everyday life when she suddenly finds herself in an ambulance. She's told that she fainted. After seeing the doctor in the ER, however, she's admitted to the hospital for something she doesn't quite understand, and it's not because she fainted.

Mark Hall is trying to balance his irregular calls to the hospital with his love for golf and trying to find a job. He's just out of college and learning all about life, complete with the good and bad, easy and hard. Getting a girlfriend was not on his list of things to do this spring, but, well, he got one.

And they both get a family.
