Introduction

Ember was born in the early 1980's and by the time she was three, her parents had divorced.
Ember felt the need to start keeping a diary from around age 8, which as it turns out, is roughly when the trauma began.
By age ten, a trusted family friend takes advantage of that trust, and life goes downhill from there. Until Ember meets her Soul Mate at age 24.

Watch as Ember suffers, and breaks within her trauma and is then pieced back together by love.

(This story is true. Although told in Diary form, I am able to capture the emotions that have either been dealt with, and those that I struggle with - despite being a 40 year old.
