Cindy Swanson drowned in the lake at Camp Kissinger years ago. The campers still tell stories about how Cindy haunts the lake. She drowns any boy who dares to kiss a girl out on the lake. What she does to the girl is a fate much worse than death.

Now, Veronica Rache, a young camper, is thinking about going on the lake with a boy. Will she go through with it? Will Cindy pay them a visit? What happens is worse than you can possibly imagine.
