Description
*SPOILERS* It has been two months since Eragon & Saphira left Alagaesia. Finally, they have found a sanctuary for the Eldunari & a new generation of Riders - the ancient home of an ancient race. Back home, something has riled King Orrin in Surda to the south, & the seat beside Queen Nasuada's throne has been filled by a werecat with his own agenda. Arya is once more egg-bearer: from the new Urgal city to Tronjheim. She & Fírnen are followed in their quest by a shadowy creature, impossible to shake & known only by its green cloak & strange weapon. While Nasuada attempts to reunite Alagaesia & fend off dangers in her own castle, while Arya & Fírnen seek the next Rider, while Eragon & Saphira begin the task of taming the wild Mor'rangrind, Murtagh & Thorn journey north for adventure & redemption.
