Stephanie "Stevie" Sara Carter was born in 1946 a couple months after Captain America crashed in the ice. At the age of 11 she was taken by Hydra to be experimented on and create a new line of super soldiers however a year later was put on ice for being to "unstable"
Found in 2006 by S.H.E.I.L.D Stevie Carter was thrust into a new life and a new century. However when the world is threatened by an external force and Captain America is brought back to life years later how will the now 18 year old Agent Carter react?
