Siena Balma has one dream; Carve her name into the world of fashion, no matter what. No matter the countless nights of no sleep, or the pricked fingers or the rows and rows of torn fabric tossed around in her apartment. But family matters demand her appearance in an art gallery where millions of dollars worth of paintings are displayed, dressed in a fancy dress and diamond shoes, all eyes focused on her. Khai Farran, dressed in a suit and tie, wanders the same halls, and yet miles apart from where she is. He isn't all too sure of his purpose in life, filling his time and putting his degree in use with working for his father's company. Using that same company as an excuse to fly away to Paris and away from LA, Khai hopes to find something to occupy his time with to divert his mind from the crippling sensation that everything around him demands of him to have it all figured out. When the two collide in a passionate night of quick affairs, they wonder; why should they ruin such good, harmless fun? Why stop? But feelings are always such a tricky thing.
