Laney gets hit by a car and wakes up from a two year coma with amnesia, and begins to hate her once best friend Corey due to his childish persona and that fact that he steals Trina's lyrics. but when the Newmans target her and begin to bully her and Corey stands up for her she begins to realize why she liked him in the first place.
