Louie had always been the one to blame for family mishaps. Sure, it was his fault with the Time Tub incident, but that doesn't mean EVERYTHING is now his fault when something goes wrong and Louie just happens to be nearby.

Finally, Louie is fed up with his life and decides to run away and create his own place in history. Along the way, he meets new friends, new enemies, and even ends up being one of the most famous criminals in the world!
