Chapter 1: Siege

During a time of peace, the city of Yokohama is attacked by a group of soldiers seeking to lay siege to the city. In the midst of this chaotic event, a mysterious masked man appears to stand against the soldiers and save the city. But is this a random occurrence or could it be the beginning of something bigger?
