Prologue

Phoenix grew up with her overprotective aunt , not being able to see the outside world. She has be in locked down due to a curse a sorcerer placed on her when she was just a few months old. When her 21 birthday comes up, Phoenix wishes to go to America as a foreign exchange student. All Phoenix wishes is to go to Chicago and live out her American dream! After lots convincing, Phoenix was finally able to go to America and study at UIC. Everything seems to be going great......but everything changes when she bumps into the most fearless Alpha in America....Xavier King. One thing she didn't expect was.....he is the key to her freedom. Will she let him in and lift the curse before its too late....or will she keep her distance and risk or loosing everything........
