Chapter 1

On the day Lilith turned 16 she was dragged from her dorm room and taken to the hospital for her pretty surgery. But things were not at the authorities said. Being a pretty meant having your humanity taken out and "something else" put in. So in a frantic effort to keep her humanity she jumps out of a second story window and starts to run. But when that fails she wakes up in a strange room with a man in a long brown trench coat and crazy hair. Is he behind the invasion? Or is he her last chance at saving humanity? (uglies/doctor who/the host crossover)
