It's been twenty years since Adrien and Marinette first received their Miraculouses, and a lot has changed. But one thing hasn't. Hawkmoth is still akumatizing people. When the unthinkable happens, Adrien and Marinette reunite with some of their old allies and hurry to come up with a plan. But when their plan goes south, Paris is changed forever. Six years later, it's time for new heroes - and villains - to rise.
