Before the ceremony, Asteria was just a girl. Yes, maybe she practiced the outlawed olde religion but they had been in hiding for centuries, never found. Her life surrounded her with only goodness. So when she is ripped out of the arms of her first love and best friend only to find out that she is wanted by the prince she doesn't expect the twist and turns of a frivolous existence. Much less one with more dresses than she can count.
