as someone who's struggled with mental illness their whole life, i've definitely learned quite a bit. i personally think my advice could be very useful and important to others, so here i am. my dream job is to be a therapist, and so i've decided to combine my love for writing and desire to help others into a self help book. this isn't "my story", it's a book of free therapy sessions. a guide on how to do better. to feel better.
