Azure Johnson is a 20 year old college student, single mother, and stripper by night. After her father, Adam dies her mother, Zaynah, meets and begins dating Rico. In the beginning everything is fine until Rico sneaks into Azure's room late at night while her mother is at work and rapes her. When he is arrested he is pissed and has Zaynah murdered, leaving Azure without both of her parents before her 15th birthday. When she is sent to live with her mother's sister, Za'Leyna she meets Kennard and they start a relationship. On her 17th birthday, she catches Kennard having sex with her best friend. With everything that Azure has been through, she's grown strong hatred for men, and a love for the stripper pole.
