"How many are there?" Snapperpaw asked, his voice hushed, echoing the soft cricket chirps that mingled with the soft hum of sound that Tansypaw always heard nowadays.
"I.. I don't know," she admitted, shifting from paw to paw.
"We can figure it out together." Sedgepaw mewed firmly, nudging Tansypaw's shoulder softly. "We'll get the voices out of your head together. I promise, we'll help you get back to normal."
Tansypaw smiled at them, but deep down doubt tugged at her heart. What if this couldn't be fixed?
What if she was just doomed to darkness forever?
