Description
Cursed as much as blessed with empathy, Ava Monroe can't help herself when someone needs help, physically or mentally. Her escape from the horrors of people's minds is painting, but painting is exactly what leads her to Max. To be fair, she doesn't know who Max is when she meets him. She is drawn to his tortured soul, like a moth to a flame, and it just might be her undoing.
