From the silence, the softness filled it letting me know I could tell him. Tears ran down my cheeks making my hands shake even more with my fingers picking at each other. My heart was pounding in my chest it amazed me that Abuelo couldn't hear it. With a shaky breath, I looked at my great grandfather and said the words.
