What if Izuku Midoriya was born a girl? And from a young age, knew that he was not a she, but a he. Izuku, born with the name Asa, had Katsuki call him a he and his mother, and Katsuki's mother, supported him through everything.

He's been able to hide his secret, as he's not been able to do any surgeries, but what happens when someone accidently walks in while he's getting his uniform on after a shower?
