After their high school graduation, Clay Blocc and George Founders spend every second they can together before George leaves town for college. George soon finds out college isn't all its cracked up to be.

Mixed together with a long distance relationship and new stressful situations, Clay and George find their relationship treading on thin ice.

After an accident renders one of the boys strapped to a hospital bed and with a hazy memory. An old face reemerges from Clay's past, bringing with them a harsh reality. With this newcomer and fear of lost memories, it's a recipe for disaster.
