The dead walk again

(all countries, towns and names are fictional)
When a deadly disease strikes 20 years ago in Sagun, Ileslands and killed hundreds of people, people were devastated but a vaccine had been made to keep those who had not been infected safe. Now the disease has mutated and is even more deadly but those who die are brought back as the walking dead, eating and turning the living.
