A tech savvy serial killer takes control of various websites including Amazon, Google, and Youtube and streams his violent kills and sexual assaults for all to see leading to a nationwide panic. An FBI task force is formed, led by Anna Martinez. The case will test Anna. The killer enjoys playing with her emotions, and will do everything he can to break her.
