There was something seductive and tyrannical in the freckling light of his eyes that provoked her to obey him.
She forced herself to break the eye contact and mounted on the horse with him following. He seated himself behind her, chest pressed against her back. She could feel the fabric of his clothes on her arms as he grabbed the reins.
She shifted forward in discomfort, but he slipped his arm around her waist and pulled her back to him.
"Don't try to flee from me sweetheart," he whispered leaning below her ears. "You and I have a long way to go,"
