Marc D'Amelio is very protective of his little girls after his wife passed away giving birth to their youngest daughter Charli. Charli is a beautiful girl, very smart, but unlike her sister, she does not have much interest in boys and cares more about school and dance. While her older sister does not out those things. She just wants to live her teenage life dating, being popular, going to dances, and living life. It a family rule that one girl can't go out if the other does not. So a couple of boys ask bad boy Chase Hudson to take her out so they can try and get a date with Dexi. Will she fall for this game.
