Chapter 1

Castiel rescues Dean from the pit, he also ends up rescuing River Winchester, the baby brother of Dean Winchester.

River didn't need rescuing, he'd been in hell for 3 years, he was now a 7 year old. He'd picked up a few things... he wasn't the same kid that his brothers remembered.

He decides it's best he stays with the brothers he'd missed so much, even when he truly believes it's all a big nightmare. He's been through it for the last three years, now he's back on the top side.
