After a sea storm, a group of friends end up stranded on a seemingly desert island. Searching for water and shelter, they encounter a civilization, stricken by an unknown disease and in desperate need of help. While Tyler wishes to help the islanders in his attempt to run away from his old life, Corinne wants nothing more than to return to her old life and she stumbles upon terrible secrets the islanders are hiding.
