UA is where they learn to become successors for their parent's business (+ learn how to control their quirks). Endeavor is still strict, but he's not an arsehole, just a very disciplined father who wants the best for his children. (And Todoroki mum is still alive + mentally stable) Dabi did not turn evil, he's just a troublesome, rebellious young adult (who's also really smart and badass cause I'm a Dabi simp :))
