We stand motionless, staring blankly into the distance, petrified of the world around us. The salty air drifts through the graveyard, carrying melancholy that permeates everything. I see the flowers that I had given to Sakunosuke a while ago, and they are now wilted and lifeless. Their vibrant colours have faded away. Now nothing more than a sad reminder of times when the darkness was more blue than the void we face.
