Thyra Eriksdatter is the Eldest daughter of Erik the Great, King of Qearenva, the greatest Viking settlement in Norway, and Queen Frida the Terrible. When her father died her elder brother Bjarke became King of Qearenva and his first duty as the king was arranging marriages for all his sisters. That is when he arranges the marriage of his sister Thrya and Ubbe Ragnarsson, the son of Ranger Lothbrok.
