[Kitsune Dream AU]
Dreams heart was beating fast, positively pounding in his chest. He didn't know what to do with himself. He hadn't been seen by a human in years, but George saw. Not just from a distance, but up close.

An image of George's shocked yet curious brown eyes forced its way into Dream's mind. It stayed there. For an irritatingly long time. Then he remembered the warm sound of George's laugh and his perfect smile.

Crumbling.

It's an accurate description of Dream and his home. Truthful in every sense. It made him angry. Dream hated that George said that, but even more so that he was absolutely right.
