"What are you doing out here freckles? All alone by this time." He mused, "don't you watch the news? It's not safe to be out by this time." She was tongue tied. "I...I-" "And I see you brought a friend." He looked down at Rusty once more. "Sadly... this is going to end badly," He feigned sadness before he smiled widely, canines enlarging in his mouth, "for the both of you." He reached out to grab Anna. She let out a high scream, it rang through the forest moving like the wind. The German Shepard launched at Vance, a deep rumble came from within its chest.
