New York goes into shock when Spider-man goes missing after fighting a new villain, but he doesn't return. Spider-man is claimed to be dead along with Peter Parker. But Michelle doesn't believe the stories. She includes Ned into the investigation to find the city's beloved hero. But one mistake causes Michelle & Ned to keep the investigation in the safest hands possible, their own.
