In Neon City, an irresponsible, impulsive street brawler craves to be unrestrained from adulthood's demands and searches for expensive art which is theorized to be from another reality. However, she encounters many hostile, wacky thugs, who desire to engorge their pockets from art collectors in the metropolis.
