Dream has been a selective mute for a few years now after a certain incident. The list of people hes comfortable talking to is small, and does not include one of his best friends, George. Just for a sake of simplicity so I don't have to describe the motions every time. Additionally, if any quotes are italicized, that means they are through text or writing.
