UPDATED V2: Foreword

A researcher from the Oceania branch of Shicksal working on a long-range teleporter is accidentally brought to the feet of the strongest Valkyrie: Durandal. Inspired by her, he enlists at St. Freya High School to become the first Shicksal Knight since Siegfried Kaslana and is drawn into an immense conflict while becoming closer to a woman who has lived through horrors he cannot imagine.
