Tobio Kageyama is a twenty-four year old guitarist who lives in an apartment room called B3. The apartment complex was quiet for the most part, besides Kageyama's constant guitar practice, and it mainly houses young adults who had started going to college and couldn't afford a dorm room.

Until one day, a small, redhead boy named Shoyo Hinata moved into the empty apartment next to Kageyama known as B4. Hinata worked as a manga artist for a large company not to far away from the apartment complex. And before Kageyama knew it, he started falling for the small boy.
