He had no chance to ever pass the hero entrance exams, so he never tried, and instead, joined the General Studies division. That didn't stop him from being a hero, at least a vigilante, though. And then, he met...her. The prodigal daughter of the number two. He hated nothing more than people who were born lucky. But then, well....I wouldn't wanna spoil the ENTIRE story in the description, would I?
