Part I: The Bet

It's been awhile since another person's fallen to the Underground hasn't it. There's only been 2 humans in the Underground, and that was Frisk and Chara. But what would happen if a third human fell, and had a crush on Frisk? Who fell? Where did they come from? And how will Chara react?
