(Scarlet Witch x Male OC) In the aftermath of Project Insight, thwarted by Captain America, Black Widow, and Falcon, all secrets hidden by SHIELD and Hydra were revealed, including all the secret projects planned by the latter. One most prominent among them, was their experimentation with the Mind Stone hidden in Loki's scepter. The organization sought to make enhanced individuals infused with the gem's power, two of which would cross paths with the Avengers in 2015, during their mission to uproot Hydra's remaining plots.
