Skylar's parents died when she was was 6 .She then lived with her aunt who abuses her everyday..She was then kidnapped and sold to slavery.getting sold countless times,beaten starved and abused..she can no longer trust anyone.Now 16 she is alive but dead...Wishing for death she tries to kill herself but is stopped by a mysterious vampire...How can she live on?How can she trust anyone?
