It's different, having Hibara Kyouya as you childhood friend makes you grow quite different than how it was originally going to be, that's how it was for Tsuna.
Tsuna didn't have much friends, actually, Hibari Kyouya was the only one, and that was fine with Tsuna.
Having Kyouya and Nana, and to some extent, Kusakabe Tetsuya, was enough for Tsuna.
That's until Reborn arrived, and along with him, came a variety of people, who end up becoming the family that Tsuna didn't know, but actually wished for deeply inside.
A family which Tsuna will treat like a Treasure. Important and Valuable.
