Only he did not follow me into the darkest parts of my hell.
There is a succession of before and afters in my life. There is before and after Landon Wake...
and before and after him.
Although I have broken free, I have not taken form like a pheonix in the ashes.
How can I survive the after, if the before that once helped set me free is no longer my forever?
