Makkar - The Black Warlion

Hi. This isn't a STORY. This is just me posting champions I made for League of Legends. Every 'chapter' will be a new champion, their Ability Kit, a short physical description of them cause I can't draw living beings to save my life, some lore for them and a couple of voice lines.
Btw I don't think of champions by thinking of a role for them first. 1st it's an aesthetic, then abilities related to that aesthetic and related to each other.
Also do not take the numbers too seriously.
