They were best friends since kindergarten. They were inseparable but one day jack and his family have to move Chicago, but elsa and jack make a promise.
"Promise" elsa says in her eight year old voice, "Pinky Promise" jack says back and they interlock their pinkies.

When jack returns 10 years later will things go good, or will it turn upside down,
and most importantly will Jack keep his promise he made ten years before.
