Neo Tokyo is a city of dreams, orbiting in the skies above a terraformed Mars. And on it, Doctor Rin Porter waits for a ship carrying an answer to a lifetime of research. But for the former mercenary Martin Rawley, this is a job he's hoping to wash his hands of as quickly as possible. One quick delivery job, babysitting a cargo he hasn't seen, and doesn't want to see the inside of. But fulfilling this contract will require a mind far, far better prepared for understanding the mysteries of time, a mystery RIn refers to as FLOWER, the Fundametal Line of Origin Within Each Reality.
